Calabacines rellenos o stuffed zucchini

This is my recipe hope you like it and they turn out as tasty as mine did... Cut courgettes in half and boil in salted water until tender then leave to cool and then scoop out the fleshy inside and put in a mixing bowl. To that add 2

slices of chopped ham. 1 garlic clove chopped,chopped parsley,1/4 pound grated cheddar cheese,pinch of marjoram, 1/4 pound of breadcrumbs, a few chopped olives, salt and pepper and 1 egg to bind all.
